Had a lot of fun painting this for Corey. Happy Birthday, Cap!

Now I can share it, and stop bugging every OTHER friend I have by talking about making it non-stop. I don’t paint often, and I’m sure that shows, but this taught me a lot, and maybe I’ll paint again in another 5 years.

Here are a few doodles I wanted to “smash together” like ingredients for a soup to make this..

Corey said that the “Doodle Laura” looked more like her than the actual painting, and that’s pretty accurate.

Now (later tonight…) back to our regularly scheduled Inktober doodles!
